Welcome to 49 North Adventures ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services (the "Services"). By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website.

**2. Services**

We provide bookable adventure experiences, including but not limited to guided tours, excursions, and adventure activities (the "Adventures"). All Adventures are subject to availability and may require advanced booking.

**3. Bookings**

3.1 **Booking Process**
To book an Adventure, you must complete the booking form on our website and provide accurate and complete information. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is confirmed.

3.2 **Payment**
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website.

3.3 **Changes and Cancellations**
- **By You:** Cancellations or changes to bookings must be made in writing and are subject to our cancellation policy outlined in section 4.
- **By Us:** We reserve the right to cancel or modify any Adventure due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or an alternative Adventure of equal value.

**4. Cancellation Policy**

4.1 **Customer Cancellations**
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the Adventure date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made in advance of 24 hours of the start of the booking departure time will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the Adventure date will not be refunded.

4.2 **Company Cancellations**
If we cancel an Adventure, we will provide a full refund or an alternative Adventure of equal value, subject to your approval.

**5. Liability and Responsibility**

5.1 **Assumption of Risk**
By participating in our Adventures, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved. You agree to participate at your own risk.

5.2 **Health and Safety**
You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically fit and capable of participating in the Adventure. You must inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements at the time of booking.

5.3 **Liability**
We are not liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or expenses incurred during your participation in our Adventures, except where such liability arises from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

**6. User Conduct**

You agree to use our website and Services for lawful purposes only. You must not:
- Engage in any behavior that could harm or disrupt our website or Services.
- Misuse or abuse any promotional offers or discounts.
- Provide false or misleading information.
